Perfect car buying experience

Bought my bmw from HK last week. I saw the ad on auto trader...rang up and Harry was very honest and answered my questions...and reassured me that the deposit was refundable after I had viewed the car. I travelled up the next day on reaching the location I was surprised that it was in area of industrial units and it did concern me however when I saw the unit full of performance cars and started to chat to harry I realised this is a serious business. I went through a test drive and given plenty of time to look over the car and ask questions. I saw the original paperwork and 2 keys and bought the car via transfer. The experience was everything mentioned in previous reviews...professional and honest. Harry was so easy to deal with...not a pushy salesman just making an honest living. The prices are competitive and reflects a good deal. Being able to phone him directly makes a for a good after service..which I did this week. Looking forward to buying from HK next time.

Good Cars, Good Service

Recently purchased a C class AMG from Kam and the guys at HK performance. Having visited a few other dealers on my hunt for a clean c63 and having a less than favourable experience, I decided to try these guys, despite them being a 3hr drive away. When I initially reached out via AutoTrader, Kam picked up my message and responded promptly, and spent time answering many questions - having wasted time travelling to other dealers and vehicles not being as described, I wanted to be sure the car I was going to see was a clean and genuine example. Kam answered all questions honestly and up front, sent the service record as requested, a good length video of the car, and HPI report. As a result of him doing this I decided to travel up and see the car. This wasn't the only one I had lined up though, as I had another low mileage example to see at an MB dealer the following day, just to compare and then make a decision. However after spending a good amount of time with Kam and the car, and taking it for a test drive, I decided to go with HK's car and cancel the viewing of the other one. Two weeks on and we are enjoying the car, there was only one minor query after sale, and Kam responded to my message within 1 hour and resolved. So not only did Kam and the guys put in the effort and attention before the sale but also after - and that's what makes a car dealer stand out from the rest. As a result of this positive experience I have added HK to my (very small list) of car dealers I can trust, and will be happy to return to when the time comes and we are looking for another motor, happy to recommend the guys on here and at the various car clubs I am part of. Cheers guys for a good buying experience.

Had numerous phone calls with HK performance prior to purchase. All calls answered promptly and with attention. Very happy with the car and the condition it was in. Would definitely recommend to other customers as i felt confident in the purchase due to the honest and trustworthy nature of HK performance. The service provided was second to none. I even got treated to some dinner which was very hospitable. Will definitely be back in the future.

Purchase of RS6 (part ex RS4)
